    This lot of Assorted Retail Packed Ice Cream is availabe for salvage due to product being out of temp and is being sold by the insurance to recoup money.

    Dear Salvage buyers:

    The cargo was rejected for being too warm.  It was supposed to arrive at -10 degrees however, it arrived at 22 degrees. 

    This load is presently at Mesa Cold Storage in Tolleson, Arizona. If you would like to look at please let me know and I will inform Mesa Cold. 

    It is described as ice cream bars, fudge bars, klondike bars, breyers ice cream, etc. 

    Attached is the bill of lading for your review.  It is very difficult  to read I am attempting to get a better copy. 

    This load has a value in the area of $39,000.00.

    Please place bids on or before     25 AUGUST, 2010.

     

    Seller Terms

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
