| Condition | : | All materials to be bought "only" as "one buyer" on as is where is basis - with inventory / stock list - photos - quantity - quality - gradation - valuation to be done by potential buyer. Price & payment is quoted for lump sum quality / quantity / price. Buyers are responsible for all loading, freight and logistics to final destination. Payments by cash or by current dated cheque (subject to its realisation) with 30 to 45 days warehousing space provided free of charge for each of these two lists. Seller reserves the right to refuse and reject all offers. |

Item Description
This lot of Steel Construction Materials is available due to no longer having projects that require the materials. Please see below for general information and see photos for physical condition:
- Materials are believed to be approximately 1-2 years old
- There is a physical copy of inventory at the location, but buyer will need to view and inventory it themselves for accuracy.
- Inspection is only allowed only to actual buyers with full ready financial backup to conclude the deal.
- Please see below in Condition for seller terms.
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
