Item Description
This lot of 48 cases of Plantains and 912 cases of Green Bananas, is available as salvage due to truck issues.
According to the seller, the truck had mechanical issues earlier this week en route to Oregon, and while getting it fixed, driver kept refer set at 55 degrees. When truck was repaired and hooked back up, buyer in Oregon refused prior to shipment saying to return it to docks. He had already replaced the load. Hence, it is available.
When the trailer was inspected this morning, the temp was still set at 55 degrees, the bananas were hard and still green.
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
