    Item Description

    The following forklift is being offered for sale on behalf of the underwriters in damaged condition and must be sold to recover funds for insurance company.
     

    One (1) 1994 Wiggins Forklift 41 Ft. W150M2H41/12

    Forklift is for lifting boats and has a 41 ft. mast which is higher than standard.

    Six cylinder diesel oil pan cracked open with the engine pushed up and back, bending and breaking the motor mounts. Forklift rolled down ramp, tilted forward into water at marina. A torch was used to remove parts in attempt to repair but owner decided to abort repair.Engine was running but did not go into the water although a cross bar hit engine oil pan and cracked it on the bottom.Transmission/transaxel  did go in the water, drive shaft pulled out of the sleeve coupler, left and right sidemounted tanks have been removed, along with caged steering wheel and seat, left and right rails and platform also removed. It is not known if mast is bent.

    Insured for $50,000.00

    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
