    Item Description

    This lot of Portion Packed, Smoked Salmon was refused by co-signee when it was discovered the product went without refrigeration for 2 hours. The temps went as high as 14F - 16F before it was discovered and refrigeration was resumed. Tests are will be conducted and results will be posted at a later time, during the week of 10/5.
    All labels, brand names, and identifying marks must be removed by winning bidder
    This lot has both cold-smoked and hot-smoked salmon, with majority of it in 4 oz portions but there are some 8 oz portions.
    Inspections will only be allowed once in the afternoon, 10/06/09; inquire if interested

    Seller Terms

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
