    Seller Description

    This attractive lot of childrens furniture, toys and accessories was abandoned by the original owner because they went out of buisness. We are selling this lot to recover unpaid storage and transportation costs incurred by the seller.
    These items are new in their original packaging. They have been stored for about 2 years. Some of the items that were originally in their retail stores have been packaged into gaylord and bulk packaged boxes. The furniture requires assembly. I did not see any apparent damages other than some warehouse dust on the top of the boxes.
    Please see the pictures and inventory attached to this listing. The inventory was prepared by the original owner. There are many small items that are not on the inventory - they are included in this sale.

    The retail value of this lot is over $475,000.00

    There are approx. 174 pallets of goods. Location said that there are approximately 22 pallets/trailer for an approximate total of 8 trailers.

    Seller Terms

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
