    Seller Description

    This lot of Forks - Disposable Plastic Utensils - Full 40' Dry Container - was abandoned by the original owner and we are selling this to recover shipping, storage, and moving expenses. There is no apparent damage to the contents. We were only able to view the front couple of rows of this product in the container. The quantities in this listing are estimates of the total quantity of the rest of the container. Also, please be advised that we are also making an assumption that the remainder of the container has the same product as in the front couple of rows. It is possible that the container may have the same product throughout but it is also likely possible that there maybe a different product after the first couple of rows that we had inspected.

    The container cannot be offloaded at its present location. The container must be returned back to its pick up location. We can refer you to shipping companies that can offload the container onto your truck/trailer/container for an additional cost.

    There are no additional costs at the location for the pickup of the container - buyer will not be responsible for any demurrage or storage costs.

    There is no guarantee on the quantity or the type of product within the container - there will be no refunds or adjustments made to the final bid.

    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
