    The product upon survey was found to have the following damage:
    Four (4) rugs, damaged by visible tears abrasions and holes in the material. Damage is summarized as follows:

  • Rug no: 3734-1: 7’-11” x 9’ – 11” Right hand edge torn in multiple areas. Damage is approximately 2” long tears along edge interspersed along edge. Damage appears to be caused by mechanical means such as forklift. Damage does not appear to be caused by blade of razor type knife.

  • Rug no: 3736-1: 8’ – 0” x 9’ – 11” Bound edge of rug is torn and abraded along edge with damage to rug and binding visible from top and bottom.

  • Rug no. 3733-1: 9’ -10” x 12’ – 8” One inch diameter hole and tear approximately 12 inches from edge and 36 inches from side. Hole is jagged and fibers are missing and readily falling from binding.

  • Rug no. 3736-2: 8’ – 0” x 9’ -10” Side along boarder is torn and frayed along edge and extends into rug in three separate locations. Cuts along binding area extend approximately 1.0 – 1.5 inches into rug.

    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
