    Item Description

    This lot of plush animals was abandoned and is being sold to recover storage and moving costs.  The stock has no apparent damage and is on a 40' dry container.
    There is no physical inventory of the stock.  Bidding is for the entire container.  The quantity has been calculated by the appearance of the first couple of rows of cartons in the container.  There is no guarantee on the quantity listed.   The stock that is visible in the pictures is what I was able to visually inspect by offloading the 1st couple of rows of cartons.  There might be additional styles of plush animals within the container - or it might be the same as shown in the pictures.
    The case count is approx 495-515 if all the cases within the container are the same as the 1st three rows.
  • We only saw three different styles of plush animals. (see description of each below)
  • All the items are made of the same materials - tag on the animals reads:

    "ALL NEW MATERIAL CONSIST OF POLYESTER FIBER REG NO.PA 4951(RC) MA 1303. ME 3606. ST OH 19614. FOR AGE THREE AND UP. MADE IN CHINA"

  • Each animal is in it's own plastic bag and each animal has a glossy hard paper hang tag that opens up that has an area to write "MY NAME IS - TO - FROM - ITEM #" and the other side has a warning to remove hangtags and not intended for children under 3 - also has the company name.

    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
