    Item Description

    This lot of Shell Stone (Marbella or Phillipine Shell Stone) was very late on arrival and was rejected by the original buyer. We are selling this for the importer to recover product, storage, and transportation costs. The product has been in crates and has been inspected by the owner. The tiles and pavers all appear to be in good condition.
    There are a total of 34 crates of shell stone. All the tile appear to have sawed edges. All quantities and sizes have been supplied by the seller.

    Philippine Shell Stone, also commonly known as Marbella Stone, is a very unique and versatile stone. Quarried from sites once covered with marine life, Philippine Shell Stone is embedded with ancient corals, crustaceans and shells. It has a sandy beige coloration that is quite uniform with only slight variations, that add to the materials luster and character. It has a 3988 P.S.I rating which is stronger than concrete and the strongest shell stone available. This type of shell stone is frost proof. It has a Slip Resistance average of 0.74, which meets commercial standards. When Marbella is sealed properly it wont stain. Marbella is more compact than other shell stones, which means less voids. With proper sealing no water should penetrate which will prevent any mold from occurring. The color falls very close in line with the Travertine pallet and has a consistent tone with every piece. With Marbella, the consumer is avoiding some possible future economic problems. For instance, if their pool deck sits over plumbing and they need to get under there, the consumer would have to remove and redo the whole deck. That can be a $20,000 to $40,000 headache. With Marbella all that they need to do is remove the specific tiles and then replace them rather than redo the whole deck. Our tiles and pavers are calibrated so they can be installed with no grout joints. They have very low heat absorption and wont get as hot as travertine, granite, marble and concrete in the sun.

    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
