      The unit was flooded by Hurricane Ike. Water came in the trailer though the roof. The plumbing and electrical were operational. Mobile home has no axles. Buyer will be required to move the mobile home at his cost 5 days after the auction ends. Unit is sold as is. See extensive photographs of the mobile home. All costs associated with titling the trailer in the buyers name is on the buyers account. Insurance company will provide a bill of sale to the buyer.

      Market Marker has inspected Mobile Home. This unit will need some work to get livable.

      There is no title with this unit. Buyer will get a bill of sale.

      9. Seller Terms

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
