    Item Description

    This Evaporator Condenser Sump and Fan was damaged during transit and is being sold to recover funds for the insurance company.

    List of Damage
  • The sump and fan housing unit was wracked to the left about 1.5” at the top.
  • One of the outer fan blades adjacent to the unit’s right side wall was jammed against its circular housing.
  • All fans showed light to moderate rusting of the belt pulleys on the central hubs.
  • Two bottom corner joints were crushed, torn, and rusted over an area of approximately 2” to 3.5”.
  • The top mounting flanges on the front and back sides were set down 3”to 4” over a length of 18” to 30” in two matching locations on each side.
  • The right rear vertical corner seam was dented and crushed over two areas of up to 18” in length.
  • The right side wall was set in up to 2” over approximately 30% of its total area.
  • The sump heater base on the right side wall was scraped and set in 1”where it passed through the side wall.
  • One plastic locking nut on the right side access hatch was broken.
  • The right side access hatch cover no longer provided a seal against the distorted right side wall;
  • The rear wall panel was set in at the left up to 1.5” over an area of approximately 4 square feet; adjacent joint flanges between the upper and lower sheet metal panels were crushed.
  • Two vertical internal stiffeners were buckled in way of the set-in rear wall panel.
  • The sump pump motor, mounted on the left side wall, was broken in way of the mounting flange, exposing the rotor; the pump below the motor showed moderate surface rusting.

    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
