    The goods in this container were subject to minor moisture damages. Most cases appeared OK - but some of the cases did show signs of water and moisture damage. Some of the cellophane wrappers in the cases are sticking to each other and a few of the cases exhibited water damage to the product boxes within the cases. There has been no separation of the stock of damaged and undamaged so there is no real way to make a determination of degree of damage to the entire cargo. The perimeter boxes on the left side of the container seem to have damage while the boxes in the middle seem to be OK - but this is not universally true and there are good boxes on the left side as well and moisture damage boxes in the middle too.

    This lot of High End Men's Fragrances was abandoned by the original owner. We are selling this for the transportation company holding this container. This lot has an approx retail value of $2,284,320.00
    PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AUCTION IS OVER ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2008 - AT 1:00 PM CST (2:00 PM EST)
    This stock is located in a 40' dry container. There appears to be some slight moisture damage to the contents. Most cases appear OK, there are some cases that exhibit some moisture damage and water staining can be seen (please see pictures) There is no exact inventory or case count. The container was abandoned and did not have an inventory. The inventory below has been prepared through a physical inspection of the container and the contents. The container could not be off-loaded and due to the different size of the cases within an accurate count is impossible. The inventory below is our best - guestimate - we will not be responsible for any discrepancies from this inventory so please bid accordingly. All the product has UPC Codes and are displayed in the pictures. There might be additional similiar types of product in this container that is not listed here - the listing encompasses all the items that were able to be seen and inspected during the physical inspection.
