| Condition | : | According to the seller, the coils were involved in an accident. The truck rounded a curve and both the truck and the trailer tipped over and the coils were dislodged and landed on the ground. All five coils showed a variety of damage ranging from cosmetic scratches to deep gouges and bent inner cores. Coil number one had the outer laps un-spooled and bent as well as the center core out of round. Coil number two had the outer laps gouged and scratched, the sides of the coil were gouged and indented and the core was bent. Coil number three had the outer laps gouged and scratched and the center core was badly crushed and bent. Coil number four appeared to be in the best condition with only nominal gouging to the other laps and sides and the core is still round. Coil number five had damaged to the outer laps and sides as well as a slightly bent core. |

- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
