      The fire was on the first floor of the business. The damaged cargo that we are selling experienced only smoke damage. The cargo was personally inspected in July 9, 2008 and there is no evidence of smoke scent on the cargo. The materials are stored in a very confined area.

      Item Description

      This load of Women's Clothing is from a garment manufacturing loss.   This loss was caused by a fire, which occured on the first floor.

      There are approximately 5290 pieces of finished goods (Skirts, Pants, Jackets) claim value of $200,429.00 Canadian dollars

    6. There are 36 brown hanger boxes, each completely full of finished goods (ie womens clothing).
    7. There are 10 hanger poles, 11 feet long, packed to capacity with finished goods.
    8. All finished goods are on hangers with sizes and have manufacturing labeling on them.

    11. Load out will be on buyers account.
    12. Location does not allow for removal by forklift due to space issues.
    13. The cargo will have to be hand loaded out of the warehouse.

      PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL BIDS SUBMITTED TO COMEX ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS. COMEX WILL CONVERT U.S. DOLLAR AMOUNT INTO CANADIAN DOLLARS TO REIMBURSE THE CANADIAN INSURANCE COMPANY.

      14. Seller Terms

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
