    Seller Description

    This lot of lumber belongs to a company that has gone bankrupt. The warehouse is liquidating the lumber for non-payment of storage charges.

  • 259 Bundles; we do not have an accurate piece count for each bundle.
  • Some bundles have 200 to 500 pieces (Please see white labeling in photographs for some piece counts per bundle)
  • The lumber is a veriety kiln dried, Pine, Spruce, SBS Board, Grade 2
  • 41 different sizes
  • About 1% of the bundles are NOT complete
  • Buyer will be required to fund by wire a full amount within 24 hrs of winning the bid.
  • Buyer will be required to start loading trucks 2 days after funding, if not sooner. Warehouse can handle 4-5 trucks per day.
  • FOB BUYER TRUCK/ 15 truck loads

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
