      The material has been stored outside in Houston, Texas approximately two (2) months. It is Chinese material from the Taian Mill. The material arrived on different shipments, the last being in May of this year. Much of the material did not meet ASTM tensile requirement. When the material was tested, the tensile came very close on the items that did not pass.

      This rectangular and square tubing material is made available due to being purchased as A500-Grade B ASTM Specs (see attachment) and must be sold to recover funds.

      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
