    This lot of Surimi was subjected to temperature abuse and cannot be utilized by the various customers since it is no longer up to their standards. There are 3 lots (approximately 124,000 lbs) that is located in Ontario, California. Please see the listing for the Kamaboko test results on each individual lot. Also, the buyer must agree to the following terms:

    • Remove the Surimi from their original labeled boxes to protect the brand image.
    • If required, obtain confirmation from FDA or other authorities that they approve of the sale without the original labeling, which includes ingredients.
    • Based on test results, the Surimi must be cooked if utilized for human consumption.
    • This Surimi must be used within 3 years from production date.
    • This sale is under no-claim terms, sold “As Is, Where Is” without representations, guarantees or warranties with respect to the condition or fitness of said merchandise for any purpose.

    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
