      • Container # HJCU8882166, the contents consist of canary seed in bulk. The contents started leaking out of the unit. From the spillage the cargo appears, to be dry, intact and in sound condition, with no evidence of wetting, infestation, rotting or mould. The gas test readings were negative.
      • Container #HJCU8980780, Upon opening the doors the seed started to leak out in the large quantities and the doors were subsequently shut. The goods which had leaked out were found dry and intact and in apparent sound condition.

      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
