      • MSCU4721681 - The contents are kiln dried lumber, sawn and unwrapped. There is no evidence of water ingress, shifting or damage and appears dry and intact.
      • TPHU4864260- The contents are two stacked tiers of loose lumber. The bottom tier is fully oiled; the floor is wet and oiled. The top tier is generally in dry and intact condition except the extreme bottom. Jointly agreed 55% loss on entire contents.
      • HJCU1380715 - The contents are kiln dried packaged lumber. There is no evidence of water ingress or damage and appears dry and intact.
      • TCNU9119104 - The contents were Kiln Dried packaged lumber. There was no evidence of water ingress, wetting or damage and appears to be fully intact.

      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
