The entire back structure was dented and depressed inward approximately fourt to five inches. There was damage to underside when the inspector lifted the flat rack with the forklift. The underpanel had three crossbeams that each had a dent approximately twelve inches wide and approximately eight inches deep. The damage was in line with the damage to the back of the flat rack crossbeam sectio underside areas. It appeared as if the flat rack had struck something evenly which dented the areas at the same distance from the side of the rack all along the bottom.
