      These are available because of a dissolution of partners causing a liquidation of assets. The cars cannot be sold in the US. We do not know what other country can except the automobiles and offer no guarantees of import ability. The cars are sold as is where is. All new and ready to go. All bids can be submitted subject to inspection. If the high bid is accepted, the buyer will have the opportunity to inspect the cars before the funds are transferred.

      Item Description

      100 Units of 2006 SAFE Automobiles for sale. These are available because of a dissolution of partners causing a liquidation of assets. To Euro 3 standard, they have the German TUV papers but no COC . These will be sold in an Asset Liquidation Sale. These cannnot be sold in the US.
      • 2200 cc , 100HP, Petrol , Manual 5 speed gearbox , extensive options fitted , see attachment
      • Toyota type motor with a bosch fuel injection system Left hand drive. A very solid , well built car with major influence from European car-makers.
      • Manufactured November / December 2005
      • Black or Silver, all with leather
      • About the same size as a Landrover Freelander with a slightly longer back

      Seller Terms

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
