    • All 20 reels were floor loaded at the end of a 40' container that had been holed in one corner of the roof. All 20 reels have been wet by salt water on the floor end. No Reels were stored directly under the roof hole
    • The reels are wrapped in kraft paper over thin poly on the side and over corrugated cardboard sheet on the ends. Water penetration was limited to approximately the bottom inch. No swelling was observed during the survey.

    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
