      • Steel control cabinet is dented and racked out of square. Electric panel board mounted inside is knocked loose.
      • Cable track base support on back of frame is bent and supports deformed.
      • Mast No. 1 is bent out of alignment with the product kick plate and gear box couplers, and drive shafts are bent out of alignment.
      • Two (2) electric "Eurodrive" motors on top of mast No.1 have their housings cracked, cast cooling fins dented, top cooling fans and covers knocked off.
      • Mast No.1 Vertical drive "Eurodrive" motor has its cooling fan cover dented and cooling fans fins broken.
      • Mast No. 2 vertical drive "Eurodrive" motor cast housing cooling fins dented, electric controls broken off, and the mast assembly is racked out of square with frame and mounting components.
      • Mold release spray agent storage tank is missing.
      • THE EQUIPMENT IS CUSTOMIZED AND THERE ARE IDENTIFYING MARKS ON THE MOTORS AND DRIVES. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ALL IDENTIFYING PLATES.

      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
