For on-demand medium to long runs, the Quadrimax II is the ideal perfect binder able to process up to 1,200 books per hour for non-stop productivity.
The Quadrimax II Perfect Binder is ideal for on-demand medium to long runs. It features a single-operator, four-clamp design, touch-screen operation, and centrally located controls that allow smooth processing up to 1,200 books per hour. A reliable top-feed suction cover feeder accommodates book thicknesses from two sheets to 1.8 inches with no adjustments necessary. A thermostatically-controlled glue application system ensures precise and consistent glue application with each book. The Quadrimax II also features automated side gluing and automatically adjustable nipping guides.
