    There were water spots and discoloration across the outer surface area of the coils. There were rust and water spots on the inner surface of the coils. One face of the coils was gouged and had water spots across the surface. The other face of the coils had water spots across the surface. The water has caused spotting and discoloration to the coiled metal. The coils were not bent out of round, telescoped or shifted to the side.
