Item Description
This was originally a full truck of wines and spirits that was involved in an accident and the recovered product must be sold to recover funds for the insurance company. The buyer will purchase this as is, where is and is responsible for completing their own inventory. This is a controlled substance, the buyer must meet all qualifications and obey all laws regarding the purchase, possession and distribution of this product.
There is no inventory of salvaged bottles available after the accident. Attached is an inventory of the original shipment - there are about 80 cases that are not part of the list - if we are able to find the missing 80 cases the listing will be updated to reflect the missing cases as a separate attachment. The bottles salvaged were put into corrugate gaylord's.
The original inventory was just over $100,000 wholesale cost price.

Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
