      Two of the racks reportedly leaned over on to the adjoining racks in the container reportedly resulting in damage to the racks and possibly damage to the slabs when discharging them from the container. It appeared one or two slabs of black galaxy were broken in pieces (see picture on pallet). The other slabs appeared to be racked out for show to customers. There is extensive damage to the slabs, and the largest pieces appear to be 15" x 11"

      These granite slabs have been damaged due to shifting in the container and must be sold in order to recover funds.

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
