    Bread was delivered at the incorrect temperature and was rejected by the consignee. The shipper reported: It has not been proven whether the bread was loaded warm, or frozen, then thawed, with delivering temp of 60 degrees, picking up late afternoon 2/10 in Corona, CA and delivering (refused) 2/13 in San Antonio, TX. We have had in frozen cold storage since then and need to liquidate quickly, as are daily accruing storage charges.

    This truck load of bread was refused by consignee when it was delivered on higher temperature. The bread was kept in frozen in storage since 2/13/06. It is being sold in an asset liquidation sale to recover funds for the shipping company.

    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
