| Condition | : | There was a theft on 12/11/2005 when the trailer was taken from the warehouse in Dallas. The trailer was located at a truck stop in S.E. Dallas with the trailer door closed and refrigeration unit still running and maintaining proper temperature; some items were taken from the back of the trailer. The trailer was then returned to the Dallas warehouse and the pallets were broken down, inspected and counted. There was no indication of additional tampering or damage. The product that was open was discarded, only a few packages. Most recent inspection at the Ft. Worth location found that the load was in good condition and stored appropriate temperature. |
