      Item Description

      This lot of hardwood furniture was abandoned and we have been commissioned to sell this lot. This auction is for 1 full 40' dry container of hardwood furniture. The only items that we were able to inspect were the items at the front of the container and are described below with pictures. Please click on pictures to see larger undistorted pictures. We have 2 lots of the same type of furniture up for auction. Please see both lots. Each lot is to be sold separately; you may bid on either lot or just one lot.

      Winning bidder can pick up container from seller and must return container back to seller - Seller is located in Newark/Elizabeth NJ. Please read Terms for this sale!

      9. Seller Terms

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
