    The damage consists of slight rust to edges most likely from condensation in the containers and has been rejected as the rust penetrates the sheet over 5mm which is the consignee’s quality control restriction. Although, only a small amount of these sheets have been checked in detail it appears that the is only a fraction over the limit stated, and the majority of the sheet is still sound. The sheets are currently in the consignee’s warehouse just outside Guatemala City, are unpacked but within a warehouse that should keep the product safe.

    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
