    The damage originated at the homes 2nd floor from a fresh water valve in a toilet. Water ran for a long period of time causing damage to most all the contents of the home. The home and the contents were professionally dried out by a professional cleaning company that heated the home after extracting the water. Most of the items have already been cleaned. Damage to the items include swollen bases, splitting feet, raised surfaces on furniture, warping on pictures. Some of the damage is minor, some is noticable.

    This lot represents the contents of a home that sustained water damage. We have been asked to perform a sale on behalf of the insurance company for recovery purposes. Please review the attached inventory in PDF format and please examine the pictures. You can click on the individual pictures for a very large image to examine.

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
