The system functions with a dog rail, three-row mechanism which moves the trays up to the charge vestibule loader. A captive chain push across will transfer the trays from the charge vestibule into the carburizing furnace. The trays cycle through the furnace zones automatically, driven by enclosed pusher screws and are discharged into the cooling section. Another pusher mechanism drives the trays through the cooling section. A dog rail mechanism pulls each tray out of the cooling section and moves it to a gravity roll tray return line. The tray then returns to the row loader to repeat the cycle .
