      The fixtures are in good condition. They are used but very well maintained. There were only two units that exhibited any significant damage. The two tallest units had experienced moisture damage resulting in some delamination of the white laminate finish.

      Item Description

      These fixtures are from a high end home goods store that expanded into a larger store. Original costs were in excess of $75,000 for these very well made, high end fixtures. They are all white laminate store fixtures. The fixtures are used and are in good condition. They are white laminate with a hard wood and composite wood core. They are very well made and are made to handle traffic and wear. Some of the fixtures have micro light fixtures installed (mostly shelf units). The tall units have steel counter balances. Two of the tallest units have some slight water damage causing some of the laminate finish to detach from the wood core. The entire lot of cabinets will fit in one 53'' truck for transport. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start a new retail location or expand with quality fixtures in their present facility.

      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
