      The flooding occurred in the Port of Baltimore as a result of Hurricane Isabel in mid September 2003. Since the vehicles were in port, the flooding was a combination of fresh and saltwater. However, since there was salt water present, they were considered to be saltwater damaged. These 752 vehicles are flood damaged.

      Item Description

      Hyundai Cars, 752 to be sold to one buyer immediately. The cars will be sold for EXPORT ONLY from the US. All cars were effected by flood damage. 90% of these cars were started. These autos are 2004 brand new and covered with manufacturer plastic wrap. Ready for inspection at the port of Baltimore, MD. Please see attached inventory for description of each model. The reserve price is based on sellers expectations, however if the reserve price is not met the seller may accept the next highest bid.

      The seller is offering to have each vehicle inspected and approved by ASE certified mechanics and will refund the average vehicle price (total contract price divided by number of vehicles) for any vehicle which does not pass inspection.

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
