      Quoted from the suppler: "We have loaded a bulk trailer with corn starch which last contained flour. Our normal procedure is to wash the trailer between product changes. In this incident we delivered and emptied a load of flour at a customer. When trailers are empty a small residue usually remains in the trailer (10 pounds or so). We did not wash in between loads and inadvertently loaded corn starch (48,000 lbs) onto the trailer. While there is nothing wrong with the cornstarch per say the customer (rightfully so) refused the load due to the trace amounts of flour from the previous load. The trailer is in the Toledo Ohio area. Our desire is to sell and unload the product quickly. We are in the process of obtaining either a certificate of analysis or MSDS for the starch."

      Seller Description

      Corn Starch in bulk trailer must be sold as a result of a transportation claim. The trailer was used to haul flour and was not cleaned before a new load of corn starch was loaded in, which caused the contamination. There was an estimated 10 lbs. of flour left in the trailer. The poduct is still in bulk in the trailer in Columbus, Ohio and must be sold immedietly to avoid holding up the trailer for other work. Totoal weight was 46,000 lbs.

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
