    6. The crates were involved in an incident where rain water entered one hold of the vessel for a period of 30 minutes. This caused various levels of water damage to 410 crates. 3 of the crates were completed submersed.
    7. Some crates with all 65 pieces of plywood have some wetting, molding, and bowing. Other crates have few water damage since the interior plastic wrap resisted most of the rain water. Please let us know if you would like to view the material and we can make arangements with the port. Each crate was with 65 sheets of 1/4 inch plywood boards, stowed on three wood legs, with 1/4 inch plywood side and top boards, creating a wood bundle. There were two 3.4 inch metal bands across each wood bundles. Inside, plywood sheets were in clear plastic wrap taped around the sides.

      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.

      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
