| Condition | : | Damaged Transport Accident The vessel arrived at Abou Qir Port, Egypt in November 2025 with 7,700 MT of bulk ammonium nitrate. During the voyage, rough weather caused seawater ingress: Hold No. 1 remained dry, Hold No. 2 had considerable water ingress, and Hold No. 3 had minor traces. Partial discharge has occurred, with 5,555 MT remaining for salvage sale. Discharge operations resumed in late February but have since been halted in Holds 1 and 2 due to water presence and hardened cargo; Hold No. 3 is discharging slowly and cargo appears visually sound with some agglomerated pieces. The cargo in Hold No. 2 (2,630 MT) cannot be released in Egypt but may be negotiable for export. As is, where is. |
