| Condition | : | The container was involved in an accident. The driver was driving the truck (loaded container), travelling southbound on US93 road when two opposite vehicles were heading north side by side. One of opposite vehicles was going uphill in a double yellow line, so the driver of truck had to swerve to the right, at which time he entered the ditch, caused the container fell off the trailer. As a result of the fall the frame was physically damaged. Please check the pictures for a better understanding. This is being sold "As is, where is". The buyer will have to handle the logistics and freight. |

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
