    These used Caterpillar 775G & 775F Off-Highway Trucks (17 Units) are being sold "as-is, where-is" and with no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind from the Seller nor Salvex Inc. The Seller has the right to accept or reject any offers. The buyer must verify quantity & quality at the time of, or before loading the product.

    The buyer is responsible for disassembling, packaging, loading, and transporting the assets. The buyer shall consider including all equipment that will be used in these activities and also the qualified professionals to operate them. The equipment, due to its dimensions, will require partial/total disassembly to provide its transport/removal. For works at a height greater than 1.80 meters, it is necessary to use a platform ladder and/or a lift platform. For lifting the loads, a crane with a capacity compatible with the weight of the asset or part of it must be used. For parts weighing more than 10 tons, a rigging plan will be required. For moving parts, a munck truck or a forklift with a capacity compatible with the weight of these items must be used.
