| Condition | : | According to the Owners, all the Barges are in good, operational condition and well maintained without any damage in terms of the structural integrity. They only need new anodes and paint. The Auction will end when the seller receives an acceptable offer. Please note that the seller can reject any and all offers. Sellers do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any offer. This lot is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. The buyer is responsible for handling and transport. Buyer must verify quality and quantity before removing lot from the location.

Item Description
This lot of Anchor Pontoon Barges and Tension Barges is no longer needed for company's own operation and is being sold as an asset liquidation for its owner.
These heavy duty barges are made for use in rough conditions offshore. TB barges were earlier in DNV class, but the class certificates are expired now.
Anchor Pontoon Barges:

- AP barge is often used in mooring systems for handling of heavy mooring chain, wire or other.

- TB barges is often used in mooring systems where the barge acts as “shock absorber” on the mooring line.
- TB barges can also be used as traditional barges for equipment, quay extension and other purposes.
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
