    Subjected to temperature excursion.  Please see attached the Microbiological Certificate of Analysis which indicates the shrimp samples as tested are fit for human consumption.

    The material is offered under the following conditions:
    1. All cargo is “AS IS/WHERE IS" basis ex location.
    2. All loading out charges, including sampling, for the account of the buyer.
    3. Free time – three business days from date of release to the buyer.
    4. All product must be removed from original outer and inner packaging and that packaging must be destroyed. Proof of destruction is required.
    5. A Biomarine Certificate of Laboratory Analysis is attached with the bid email. The Certificate is inclusive of three (3) separate consignments. The Biomarine reference for this shipment on said certificate is 74474
    B1-B6.

    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
