      1. The item is being sold as is where is.
      2. The vendor is responsible for the equipment for removal as tabulated below and transportation off site. All equipment must pass the Atlantic site inspection requirements. All vehicles/equipment should be site inspected and ready for use, 48 hours in advance of the required date of commencement of job
      3. The vendor is fully responsible for the strapping and safe removal from site. The vendor must provide adequate straps/chains.
      4. The vendor is also responsible for the all transfer fees. The cost of transferring title to the vehicle is not included in the bid price since this cost is external and will be the responsibility of the vendor awarded the item.
      5. All activity must adhere to the site safety and vehicle driving safety standards.
      6. A risk assessment is compulsory before commencement of the job and includes a walk down of the area.

      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
