The artist is B. C. Nowlin, the painting "Time for This'. You can see his work at Wright Publishing company, www.wrightpublishing.com. Phone 505-797-4876. Wright are his agents.Also the insured got a valuation on it on March 31st 2010 of $10,200.00, $700.00 more than it was insured for. I think the damage is minimal, it had what the insured described as a small 3 corner tear. I took photos and you could certainly see what looked like one but when I got it back at the office it was only an area where the paint had been lifted, no canvas tear. The artist gave us a quote of $1000.00 for the repair after I e-mailed photos to him. To ship back and forth to him in
We found an old repair to the canvass barely noticeable, by looking at the back. It was beneath one of the struts holding the frame together.The insured did not mention this. My Manager pointed out that the insured may have bought it that way and never even noticed it. Nowlin is quite a well known artist and does beautifull work as you will see. Anyway take a look and see what you think.

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
