Item Description
According to the seller this lot of Restaurant Dinnerware is new, surplus and needs to be sold to recover funds. The dinnerware has never been used, but loose in boxes and therefore have received about 1 to 3 % damages.
There are a total of 3 truckloads of dinnerware, weighing 20 tons each. Each truckload consists of all sizes of plates and saucers, coffee cups, soup bowls, monkey dishes, creamers and more.
The dinnerware is 95% Homer Laughlin China (USA Made). Each ton contains approximately 1200 to 1500 plates (depending on size of plates.
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
