|Condition:||Abandoned scrap rubber. Product will require customs clearance in Vietnam. The scrap rubber can clear customs in Vietnam with a valid driver license. However, it will have to be moved to a warehouse for storage until the border situation is resolved. Buyer must pay a deposit fee for the use of the containers which will be refunded as the containers are returned to the owner.
Please note, demurrage and DTHC have not been paid yet. Once a buyer is approved seller will work with the carrier on the demurrage and DTHC. The buyer will need to clear customs and pay the deposit on the containers. The deposit is $200 per container and is refunded once the empty is returned. Seller has the right to reject all bids. Buyer responsible for any loading, customs and/or handling costs. Buyer must verify quantity before removing product from the location.

This lot of engineered lightweight fill (rubber scrap) was abandoned by the consignee and must be sold to recover funds for the transportation company. This will require customs clearance in Vietnam.
NOTE: These tires were being imported to Vietnam, and re exported to China, but due to Government issues between China and Vietnam, China will not accept the product from Vietnam. It cannot be destroyed in Vietnam due to environmental regulations, so it is currently abandoned in Vietnam. This cannot be sold in Vietnam.
