1 complete PP fibre producing installation consisting of 2 separate lines of which one line installed 1984 (Line 25) and the second line 1988 (Line 26).
Line 25 has 8 spin finish applicators producing 400 kg/hr
Line 26 has 16 spin finish applicators producing 800 kg/hr
Each line consists of: Daily silo (drawing available), Extruder, Oven for nozzles, spin finish applicator, 1 st Drawing section (line 25) 600 mm and (line 26) 800 mm, heat treatment oven, 2nd drawing section, spin finish, kiss roller unit, tow stacing unit crimper, perforated drum dryer, tensioning unit and fibre cutter (line layout available).
Additional technical data is available for both lines.
Included with the 2 lines is also a granule cleaning air system made by Waeschle (additional technical data available) prior to loading of the day to day silos and a fully automatic AW water plant.

The spunlace part was retrofitted by Rieter 2003 to Perfojet airlace 3000 system. The average capacity is 20 - 25 tons/day, average speed 100 m/min, average weight 30-80 gsm. Fibres used; Viscose, PES, lyocell -short staple 38-40 mm, cotton or mixed with pulp fibres. Material produced: Wipes of different kinds. 01 x Hergeth fibre mixing with 8 mixer chamber followed by FS5 to feed the Masterchute.
01 x FOR HL3600 model O8327 double-doffer card, yoc: 1996 with Hergeth Master chute MC from 1989. Layers exit on two transportation belts.
02 x Hammermills 820 mm wide, 300 kg/hr defibration capacity with 2 roll unwind station 9 m/min including fan and duct work
01 x Dan Web (Walkisoft) pulp forming head w.w. 3,400 mm, forming wire and suction box, aircirculating fan.
01 x separate filter tower for pulp waste made by Walkisoft Engineering (layout of dust separation unit available)
01 x belt-transportation system to bring the different layers together before entering into the spunlace.
01 x Rieter Perfojet airlace 3000 flat needling unit with one prewetting jet and six bonding jet bars, main bonding unit with 6 bars and final unit with 4 bars.
04 x waterseparation units connected to the water treatment plant. 2 units for prewetting and flat neediling and one each for main and final bonding section.
01 x Küsters fluid dyer padder Type KDA 2000 (222.53-3400), yoc: 1989
01 x Pre-drying section by hot air suction and waterseparation from 2007.
01 x Fleissner circular dryer, yoc: 1989 - heated with internally circulated oil through a battery system fed from centralized heating source (not included). Heating capacity 7000 kW. Some of the used air can be re-used in the heating process.
01 x Edelmann slitter/winder, yoc: 1989 with 10 slitting heads and also including packing table.

Water treatment plant
Water filtration system consist of flotation basin, two Allgas drum filters, Rönningen-Petter bag filter station with 2 x 13 bags.
Krofta Sandfloat SAF-BF floatation/filtration, three dispersion water pumps and chemical dosing system. Capacity appr. 10 m3/hr
Complete blowroom/opening line can be offered separately.
Re-erection and start-up can be offered separately and on full turn-key basis.
